We understand, within the current climate, it’s a worrying and uncertain time for everyone, but we’d like to offer you some reassurance. The safety, health and wellbeing of our clients and staff is now, as it is always, our absolute priority.
We are monitoring the Coronavirus COVID-19 situation closely and we would like to reassure you that we have made provisions for numerous scenarios, and expect to be able to deliver our services as usual.
However, given the advice of HM Government and Public Health England we have decided it is in everyone’s interest to exercise some social distancing measures. We will not be conducting any face to face meetings with clients until further notice, and would also politely ask that you do not make any unarranged visits to the office.
Additionally, as part of our general response, we have started to introduce home working for some of our staff. During this time, you may experience changes in how calls are handled.
